If you have ever Yo-Yo dieter, you may have made the decision to crash diet and live off of kale and chicken, stick to 1,000 calories a day, or try one of those weird juice detoxes. Inevitably, we all realize that’s not sustainable.
When we go back to eating again, some people will regain the weightback — and then some.
