In this episode we chat with Drs Richard Schwartz and Jacqueline Olds who are both authors, Professors at Harvard Medicine and practicing Psychiatrists. They have written several books on the topic of love and loneliness and joined me to talk about the impact the pandemic has had on us and what we should do as we re-emerge into a social world. Also in this episode we chat with Brieanna Angel who is the community health organizer for the Canadian Red Cross about a new program called friendly calls. This program connects those who are struggling with loneliness with volunteers for regular conversations and company.
