Dr. Richard Knowles...also known in Leadership circles as “the Safety Sage”.   Dick holds a Ph.D---which is why we say doctor....yet his outstanding career has been in the Management of People and working on keeping chemical plants safe....from the inside out by doing things right. His work with people and the Leadership of Safety sets him apart.  He’s written books on Leadership and in Partnering for both Safety and Business Excellence.  Dick also works in the arena of Reducing the Risk of Workplace Violence, because again, it is all about Leading People to do the right things....inside the workplace.
