Join the conversation as Licensed Clinical Social Worker Suzanne Gile and I discuss raising children and the key points to consider.

Suzanne B. Gile, LCSW got her Bachelors of Science from Springfield College in 1997 where she double majored in psychology and sociology. She continued her education at the University of South Carolina where she earned a Master’s of Social Work in 1999. She worked as a School-based Mental Health counseling in a middle school in Rock Hill, SC for 2 years before transitioning to work within the foster care system. Gile worked as a Regional Director recruiting, licensing and supporting families and children in therapeutic foster homes. She moved back to Massachusetts in 2004 and continued to work with foster families and children but also supervised 4 in-home therapy teams. In 2009, Gile started her own private practice to have more flexibility as her family grew. She has 2 daughters currently, 12 and 11 years old, who she learns from everyday and tries very hard to practice what she teachers her clients about preparing our children for the future. Gile is supported by her husband of over 15 years in this journey called life.
