Self-awareness is simply the capacity to observe our selves—to take notice of and pay attention to patterns within our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. And it’s a skill that we all have, and if you’re not good at it, you can develop it. And when you get better at it, it’s another tool you can use to become a better you. Because you are amazing and important, and you deserve to be the best you, living the best life you can!
