Mentoring is a practice that’s as old as the hills – and for a good reason. Mentoring can be very beneficial on many levels. While formal mentoring programs have not found their place within every organization, many have engaged in informal mentoring practices. Unfortunately, as a result of the upheaval and many changes that came with the pandemic, mentoring fell to the wayside, leaving many who would benefit, mentor-less.
