Hi Mark, I forwarded this information onto a friend, he is disbelief and is of the opinion that it is fake news. I have been expecting something like this for some time but for some it's a step too far! Wait until the put boundary limiters on the electric cars!! Do you have the source of the information please so that I may pass it on.

These council sell outs that propose we lock ourselves down and restrict travel by closing roads and photographing our number plates as we need to counter a fictional environmental emergency are arguing a moot point. Bearing in mind the idea is for electric vehicles to be the norm, they have zero emissions. I realise that there are other issues regarding batteries etc, but this is not their argument, infact as far as they are concerned electric cars are greener than green.
