This is a very compelling subject - really appreciate your sharing of your research on it. I will definitely delve into this more. Great series of podcasts generally too, thanks Mark.
This was fascinating. I had a friend who could do deep meditation learned through Zeb Budhism. He told me that in this state there are no thoughts just awareness but that it takes some training and lots of practice to be able to empty the mind completely. That said I'm looking forward to the objective discourse on this subject.
