Truth and fiction can't exist at the same time and communicate with each other, just like when the white man spoke to the tribal people's of North America. White man speaks with forked tongue, so there could never agree and be a binding agreement, one lives in truth the other is acting as a legal fiction. Those North American tribes knew they didn't own the land, as they believe the great spirit created it, for them to use, and supplied them with all they needed. So, how could the white man control them? They took away their food source, buffaloes numbered between 30-60 million, they made forty-foot piles of their skulls to destroy their food source, they acted worse than a fox destroying all and allowing them to rot. Once they took that away from them, they spread their diseases, that killed millions, to reduce their numbers, to speak/eradicate them, and some still didn't submit.
