When I was at Uni in the late 80's early 90's my lecturers were throwing Kant down our throats. Strauss wasn't mentioned, Weber was brushed over. All my lecturers and peers were 'left-wing', globalists (and therefore remainers) and I'm so glad that I didn't succomb.

When gas and electric prices become unaffordable for most later this year, it will be very tempting to get an 'interest free loan' (marketed as a 'help/grant') from the govt to help us out, until of course the 'free' interest becomes high interest just like they did with the student loans. Shackled-in-debt is the future for most unless enough of us say no.
I'm awestruck at how smoothly the narrative has moved from Covid to war and the vast majority of people still don't question any of it.

Hi Mark, not everyone resisting wants to be public, sometimes it's best for some of us to keep our heads down and change things on the 'roots level' like they do. I think this is the lull before the storm, and verona was just a warm-up act. Even more Draconian measures to come in 2022.
