2-10-16
During this hour I guest host "The Leslie Marshall Show."
I'm joined by two guests to discuss the New Hampshire primary results and the race to become America's 45th President.
First, I'm joined by Michael Shure, a political correspondent for Al Jazeera America. Among the takeaways from the New Hampshire primary results we discuss are:
-Bernie Sanders winning Independents in the state by a 72-27 margin over Hillary Clinton, and how that might translate to a general election
-What the results mean for the 'Establishment' wing of the GOP
-How John Kasich is not moderate, but just seems that way at times when standing on a debate stage with the likes of Donald Trump and Ted Cruz
Michael Shure's Twitter handle is @MichaelShure.
Second, I'm joined by Brad Bannon, who runs Bannon Communications Research, which is a polling, message development and media firm which helps labor unions, progressive issue groups and Democratic candidates win public affairs and political campaigns.
Brad and I talk about the broader issues of the Democratic and Republican primary races, including who the Democrats would have the best chance of beating in November.
