FAKTR Podcast Episode 27
Featuring:
Tom Teter, DC
EPISODE SUMMARY
Today, we finish up Part 2 of "Load Progressions and the Rehab Continuum" with Dr. Tom Teter. In today's episode, we will discuss the 3 parts of the rehabilitation process, the stages of the rehab continuum and specific interventions within each stage of care.
We will also talk in detail about what to do with patients who have completed rehab, but are not necessarily ready to be discharged from treatment. One thing I find really brilliant about this particular training is how Dr. Teter has created a logical organization for the stages of the rehab continuum that still allows for the flexibility and the customization that's required for each individual patient.
