30. The Current Truth About Head Injuries with Dr Jordan Knowlton-Key

Concussion is a scary word for many people. In reality, the scariest thing about concussions is the lack of education and understanding surrounding them. Similar to any other form of good science, our understanding is always changing as new research emerges. Join us this week as we attempt to dig through some of the concussion mythos on our way to uncovering proper potential head injury treatments.

Dr. Jordan Knowlton-Key graduated Northwestern Health Sciences University to receive his doctorate in chiropractic and to completed a two-year human performance fellowship. During his fellowship, he completed his Masters of Science from Concordia-St. Paul University. Dr. Jordan has completed extensive continuing education on head injury diagnosis and management and has presented nationally and internationally to students and doctors on the treatment of head injuries. Dr. Jordan is currently the Integrative Sports Care Coordinator in the Human Performance Center at NWHSU.
