How I lost 100 pounds in less than 1 year
My name is Ericka, I am 37 years old, born and raised in Queens, NY. I am happily married with a 4-year-old daughter. I love health and fitness that is my passion. I was overweight my whole life and when tragedy came to hit my life I would just eat to get rid of the pain I was feeling but soon enough I gained so much weight that I was 240 pounds and I am 5'1. My divorce led me to take action and I started to take care of myself and within a few months I dropped a significant amount of weight and then by that first year I was in the best shape of my life. My passion is to teach others how to eat right and be fit, I want to coach other women who are dealing with deep struggles and issues that lead them to overeat and use food as a way of escape for their current situation.
