This episode is going to be about different parenting styles, how to work as a team, funny stories along the way, and how we get into alignment with each other. We talk about the different ways you can approach your children, such as what to expect when using positive or negative reinforcement. Adam sometimes will create needs where there were none before in order to feel needed, which causes unnecessary stress in our lives. We discuss each other’s strengths and weaknesses, and then how to approach them when the kids are around vs when they’re away.

And I think the hard thing is that sometimes people might find, ‘Ah, it’s just too difficult. I don’t want to have to make it work.’ and I think that’s the thing about parenting is it’s part of a growth. You have to learn how to make it work because it’s what’s best for you and for the kids long term if you can do it.” 11:46
