On today’s episode we’re going to talk about why forgiveness is important, how you can do it in a simple way, and the impact it can have on your life if you do it regularly. “Holding on to grudges is like holding hot coal in your hand, thinking it’s hurting someone else, but it’s only burning yourself.” 0:48 We discuss how to start on the path of forgiveness by first creating a list and visualizing yourself forgiving the person you want to forgive. Forgiveness isn’t just a mental thing, but it’s also a physical thing, which is why we need to practice it out loud and use external assistance to help us forgive others.
