The Sterling Opera House is located in downtown Derby at 116 Elizabeth Street. It currently is not open to the public, although tours are often given during Halloween season.

It's an awesome story Lauren.... if only it were true. I first investigated it in 1994. Froze my butt on a late fall into winter night. Went again in 2019 to do a debunk. Was shocked I got hits on the K2 till I discovered new wiring. 😡. Well better disappointed and honest than excited over something explainable. However I have a good list of real haunted spots Lauren that you guys would like.
