Hey podcast fam!

You've all seen the sloth who is super hard to motivate in the gym. You've also seen the crazy mad gym goer who brings the intensity like a heavy metal concert. So what differentiates the two? Or better yet the big four?

We all have brain chemicals in our brain and depending upon lifestyle, food choices and values we all have established our own unique neurotransmitter profile. The next link is where you can read more information from the founding father himself, Charles Polyquin (a multiple time Olympic Strength Coach who uses this method to determine what training style suits the athlete the most). Of course, we're not all athletes, but we can certainly do this for ourselves to have the cutting edge to help improve our strength and body composition.
