I mention the tragic loss of Paul Sherwen to cycling. It is going to seem very strange to not have him along side Phil Liggett during future TdF broadcasts.

I go over what I have been doing since August since that was the last time I had published a podcast.

Also I do a little update on the Jeff Galloway Half Marathon That took place on Dec. 9th.
