The Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari wants to show you how incredible you can feel when choosing to be positive. Perhaps there was a time when your defeatist attitude consumed you. Discover how to actively improve what you dislike about your life. Find ways to advance towards happiness rather than allowing negativity to hold you back.

Listen in to our first caller, Anita, who is struggling with starting a new relationship after the death of her spouse. Nancy advises Anita to realize that her husband would want her to be happy and have someone to share her life with. Anita can find a companion that shares the same qualities as her deceased partner, as well as different characteristics she values in other men. Anita can look towards the future and be herself when dating to find a significant other who loves her for who she is.

Our second caller is Josephine, wants to know how to handle the negativity of people that are impossible to remove from her life, such as family members. Nancy instructs Josephine to try to understand their perspective and why they act the way they do. By dealing with others that make Josephine’s life unpleasant, she can recognize who brings her joy and appreciate the people she loves even more.

Our inspirational guest is Katie Mckenna, who was run over by an eighteen-wheeled truck while riding on a bicycle at the age of twenty-five. Katie was able to survive the accident and persevere through the tough road to recovery by realizing that she had to fight and remain positive in order to regain happiness. By accepting that pain is inevitable and having gratitude for the good aspects of life, Katie was able to heal and live to the fullest.

Our last caller is Denaeuh, who is having difficulty coping with the fact that her father was given less than a year to live due to being diagnosed with stage four brain cancer. Nancy tells Denaeuh to cherish the time that she has left with her dad and make the most of it. Denaeuh can memorialize him by recording his voice and listening to it when he is gone. She can remember that her father will always be a part of her because they share many of the same traits and he is in the fabric of who she is.

Perhaps you have had difficulty choosing to be positive during a dark period in your life. Maybe it felt impossible to remain optimistic when so much was going wrong. By forcing yourself to transform each pessimistic thought into a hopeful one, you can make it a habit to look at the bright side and live full out.
