The Living Full Out Show encourages you to find your voice. If it is in regards to your passion or career desire, go for what you want. Maybe you have an illness and feel like doctors are refusing to listen or you are frustrated with how slow things are going, speak up. It is important in these situations to make your voice heard so you have a say in your life.

Our first caller, Josh, wants to quit smoking, but it is having difficulty staying motivated and refuse to give in to temptation. With his family history, Josh is worried that if he continues struggling to quit, he might develop lung cancer. He asks Nancy what he can do to resist the urge to smoke. Tune in to hear Nancy teach how there are multiple ways to break bad habits.

Our second caller, Quentin, is an aspiring actor who is in the beginning stages of his career. He is struggling to stay driven because of how difficult it is to start. He asks Nancy how to stay motivated and avoid self-doubt while pursuing this career. Hear how Nancy suggests to list out positive attributes that Quentin can use to reassure himself.

Our inspirational guest, Amy Weber, was physically and intensely bullied by a “friend” at five years old. She was innocent going into the friendship and coming out of it, she had trust issues. After moving to a new city, she started to become aggressive and made a reputation for herself where everyone was afraid of her. She has since created a film to show how she overcame bullying and give others an inside look on both sides of the spectrum.

Our final caller, Clare, asks Nancy how she can get rid of the fear she has that triggers will bring back her depression. Some of Clare’s triggers include loneliness and everyday stress. She has made some lifestyle changes and asks Nancy how to keep herself in a positive place. Hear how Nancy encourages Clare to assist others by taking what she has learned and sharing her experiences.

To find your voice, Nancy suggests listening to yourself. By doing this, you can find the words to speak up. Figure out what it is you have to say and how you can translate that into the right words or physical actions. Making yourself heard can assist in taking back control of your life. This will pave the way to gain confidence and live full out.
