Nancy says that it is important to change the elements of her routine to switch it up and improve her remote learning schedule.
Our inspirational guest, Jay Shiftman struggled with mental illness and substance abuse. Initially being diagnosed at 11 with ADHD his therapist prescribed him multiple prescriptions. Over his teenage years into his twenties, he felt he was being miss diagnosed and overmedicated. After two suicide attempts and being checked into a treatment facility, he started his journey in getting off medication.
