The Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari wants to support your traditions and progress. Perhaps there was a time when you wanted to follow a path that differed from ordinary ways of life. Maybe you wanted to remain independent rather than get married or focus on your career instead of having children. Freeing yourself of limitations will allow you to create unique and individual routines. By developing your own customs, you can live the way you want to and in a way that is entirely your own.

Listen in to hear our first caller Claudia, who has experienced a break-up and is having difficulty handling her emotions and moving on. Nancy tells Claudia to understand that everything happens for a reason and that relationships come and go in our lives. Claudia can consider the positive in her break-up by realizing that she can now meet a more compatible partner. Claudia can put herself in social situations that will lead her to finding a new and better relationship.

Our second caller is Fiona, who is having trouble managing her stress due to her heavy course load as school comes to an end. Nancy advises Fiona to schedule her days out to budget time for both responsibilities and pleasures. In times of stress, Fiona can picture something that brings her peace. She can use music to release her emotions and let go of her worries.

Our inspirational guest is Elisha Kearns. Elisha has been diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome which causes weight gain, irregular menstrual cycles, and infertility. Elisha refused to give up despite the many emotionally taxing medical procedures and failed attempts at pregnancy. When Elisha miscarried, the support of her husband as well as her faith in God empowered her to persevere and move forward with life.

Our last caller is Mara, who is struggling with adjusting to the new college that she transferred to as well as balancing school work and a social life. Nancy instructs Mara to protect her time by taking on a limited number of responsibilities. Mara can make schedules to ensure that her priorities are met and that she can still partake in enjoyable activities. She can diversify her social life by fluctuating the time she spends with people in person.

Maybe you have had difficulty working towards your goals. Perhaps you have felt stuck in one place and unable to grow. Recognize what you have accomplished so far instead of focusing on what you have yet to achieve. Take small steps that will slowly lead you closer to your dreams. Follow personal traditions and progress forward to live full out.
