The Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari wants to encourage you to discover how to be proactive. Perhaps you anticipate a problem but procrastination has gotten the best of you. Maybe you know there are tasks to complete, but are so fearful of failure, that you put these duties on the back burner. Waiting until the last minute, because you are intimidated, will hinder you from accomplishing your goals. Yet learning to harness and identify your resources for early-action, will put you on the path for success and lead you towards living full out.

Our first caller, George, is a store manager who needs guidance in how to motivate his associates, so that their overall work performance improves. Learn how she cultivated her purpose by creating a foundation to educate other women about the disease that is so often detected during in its late stages.

Nancy encourages Samantha to first, cherish and harness the excitement she feels. By doing this, Samantha will be closer to expressing her feelings authentically . Being proactive means accessing a situation or problem and then planning how to take initiative. This can look like finding out a deadline has been moved up, and then delegating assignments to team members in order to honor that target date. This may be researching ways to finance a project, so that you are prepared for a meeting with an accountant. Training yourself to be proactive can payoff, because it will get you in the habit of taking steps towards your goals so that you will live full out.
