The Living Full Out show with Nancy Solari encourages you to turn your pain into purpose. Sometimes you feel like your life is spiraling and running in circles. It can be that you have just received life changing news and have no idea how to deal with it. You are able to focus those emotional feelings into paying it forward by living full out.
Our first caller, Elise, is wondering how to help her 9-year-old daughter deal with the pain of having to put their dog down. Nancy says to find a personal item, such as a collar, to serve as a reminder of their pet. Listen in to learn how to take the pain in your life and connect it to something happier.
Our second caller, Shani, wants to know how she can feel comfortable and excited when studying abroad, even though she won’t know a single person. Nancy advises her to package the worries and embrace this experience. Tune in to discover your purpose by getting out of your comfort zone.
Our inspirational guest, Lesia Stockall Cartelli, had 50% of her body burned at just 9 years old due to a gas explosion in her home. From that moment on, her childhood was stripped from her, as she had to deal with many surgeries and bullying from her peers. It seemed as if her injuries were the main focus of her life. Using this pain in her life, she created a strong legacy for herself by starting a nonprofit called Angel Faces to teach other girls who have experienced burn or trauma injuries that they are more than what has happened to them. Listen on to hear Lesia’s incredible story about transforming her frustration into hope.
Our final caller, Lucia, is struggling with how to tell her mom that her boyfriend has negatively influenced her personality, without offending her. Nancy tells her to consider writing a letter or making a video explaining the situation. Tune in to learn how to keep your relationship strong with a loved one from a tough circumstance.
Perhaps you have suffered the loss of a loved one. Maybe you have serious injuries or have been diagnosed with a severe health condition. In these situations, slow down, identify your pain, and figure out what resources you need to make yourself and others better. Following these steps will lead you to converting your suffering into motivation as you live full out.
