Germany Kent - Author of “You Are What You Tweet” - Writer Germany Kent talks with Mark Alyn about hope. She has written a collection of books that focus on hope. Without hope what is life all about, she and Mark explore what hope is all about. Mark asks questions about hope and health, hope and wealth and does hope have a place in today’s fast-paced lifestyle? Hope is key to making it through life happy. Life sometimes gets in the way of hope so you've got to embrace hope even if it means writing yourself "hop notes". You cannot motivate anyone else unless you are motivated in your life. People naturally gravitate towards hopeful people.

Germany and Mark also talk about the work you do and doing what you love. People who do what they love are hopeful and generally have a happier existence. Don't just go through the motions but find where your passions are and find work that you love. This keeps people hopeful rather than directing towards the negative. Nobody knows you better than you and quiet time is very important to understanding yourself.

The discussion includes a look at social media like tweeter taking control of young people’s lives, how can tweeter improve lives and how social media is a new form of communication. Join in the conversation as we learn a new way to communicate in the 21st Century.
