show more1) Let pain be your guide. The old school saying of No Pain No Gain is out dated with modern medicine and training techniques and can actually set your training back.
2) How do you feel? How you feel is very important in the recovery process. It will tell you where you are in the recovery process.
3) What did you feel? This is where you tell your training what you felt after a session. Where there was some discomfort and how the injured area felt after the next day and next week.
Mark and James also discuss the importance of rest and that rest does not always mean inactivity.
Finally, Mark and James discuss Modality Training. Modality Training is an app developed by James and his team to help people train like a pro. You can get a custom work out plan and photos and videos of each exercise. There is also a whole fitness community where you can share your results and get and give encouragement.
