Why golden showers/watersports?:
The feel.
The taste.
The taboo.
Dominance/submission..

Basic types of watersports:
Wetting
Pussing (Men watching women pee in toilets)
Human urinal
Omorashi or omo: Japanese word meaning "to wet oneself". (Making someone hold it, do the pee-pee dance, and finally wet themselves.
Myths:
Urine is sterile. False! There are naturally occurring bacterias in urine. Some bacterias can start growing when it comes in contact with urine.
Drinking urine is healthy. False! It is a waste product and can spread diseases including bacterial, fungal, and viral infections.
Drinking urine can dehydrate you. False! There is high sodium (salt) level in urine which will cause fluid retention.
Safety:
HIV and Hep B can be transmitted but it is so incredibly rare it is almost impossible. However, it is highly recommended to play safe with STD/STI testing.
Bacteria can be passed through urine so do not play if you’ve been sick.
Do not participate if the person providing the shower has a yeast infection.
Do NOT get urine on open wounds including unhealed piercings and tattoos.
Allergy Risk: Medications are passed through urine.
Generally, watersports is a low-risk activity and is typically consider edge play due to the taboo nature of bodily functions.
Getting started with a partner:
Communicate: discuss desires, limits, medical issues, safe words, and aftercare.
Take it to shower: there is no better place to try out watersports than in the shower.
Do NOT go straight to the face! Even if face pissing is acceptable take your time and start at the legs and feet or even the torso or hands.
Have a post-scene check-in and talk about it a few days to a week later.
Level up with waterproof sheets and have some fun!
Prepping:
Drink a lot of water before a play session to help flush out the system.
Do NOT drink coffee, tea, energy drinks, strong-flavored drinks (beer), or protein drinks.
Do NOT eat strong-smelling foods such as asparagus, broccoli, and garlic.
Do NOT eat high protein foods including plant-based proteins.
Less potent teas are great to help with flow. Dandelion tea is a top choice.
Some people prefer to receive a more “potent” golden shower. In this case, do the opposite of the previous prepping steps.
