The Los Angeles Police Reserve Foundation (LAPRF) annually presents the Twice a Citizen Awards, to recognize and honor LAPD Reserve Officers who continue to ”build a bridge with the community.” The event also provides critical funding for reserve officer recruitment, training, uniforms, college scholarships and our Memorial Fund.
