Suggested by a friend: If all the women who have been sexually assaulted ‘Me too.’ as a status, we might give people a sense of the magnitude of the problem.
If you’ve been sexually harassed or assaulted write “ me too” as a reply to this tweet.
Since then, 68, 000 replies to Milano’s Tweet on Twitter. By last Monday Twitter confirmed MeToo has been tweeted more than a half a million times.More than 6 million Facebook User were talking about “Me too. Instagram has more than 300,000 posts associated with the hashtag.
It has opened the door for deeper conversations, thoughtful responses, and debate. But we need more.Much more.
But what?
That’a what we need to find out.
Today is the first of the three part series on this topic.
I have gathered 3 females to start this conversation. Two, I deeply respect and I personally consider great friends.
