On this week’s podcast we have Special Guest, Brian Joseph, Co-Founder and CEO of RevJen, an organization dedicated to helping empower nonprofit leaders at developing better revenue generation strategies. I share a glass of Irish Red from Shannon Brewing Co. in Keller, TX. My name is Kevin Dawson and I hope you’ll join us for a glass and conversation.

As the CEO of RevJen Group, Brian leads a national firm of revenue-capacity building experts, who leverage an innovative toolkit to empower non-profit leaders through effective, high-impact solutions. Brian wakes up each day eager to share RevJen’s vision. He aims to empower the talented team we have while not getting in the way or inundating everyone with too many new ideas or projects. His primary responsibility is to help set the overall strategy of RevJen while working to elevate the revenue conversation to a national stage with actionable solutions.

Brian assumed his role at RevJen in 2012, bringing with him 20 years of leadership experience, ranging from private family offices to start-ups and corporate turnarounds in for-profit and non-profit industries. Throughout his career, Brian has focused on building national sales channels and cultures based on a set of core principles as well as on corporate strategy development and execution. He is a past speaker and author on sales and marketing for various organizations, associations, and conferences. He has also served on for-profit and non-profit boards. He currently resides in the Dallas Fort Worth area where he enjoys spending time with his family, engaging with his children in sports and woodworking projects, reading, and chasing his dogs around. He holds an Executive MBA, with honors, from Southern Methodist University.
