A 19-year-old boy is in critical condition after a collision with a garbage truck in Spanaway Friday morning. The teen struck a garbage truck around 8 a.m. near 208th Street East and 52nd Avenue East. Witnesses told police the teen driver was trapped in his vehicle with a faint pulse and serious neck wound.
