Janet Paschal, 1977 - present, singer and song writer, will be the featured artist this week on The Gospel Jubilee.

Born October 18, 1956, Janet Paschal began her Southern Gospel career singing with the LeFevres, which later became the Rex Nelon Singers.

After she left the Nelons in 1981 Janet embarked on a solo career.  She is often a featured performer on the Gaither Homecoming tour.

She was name female singer of the year in 1979 by Singing News Magazine.
