I keep thinking about how I’ve never seen THE WHO Live …. Except for their final concert on December I17th, in 1982 I was 20 years old then I had been working offshore on a pipeline lay barge and I came back for 1 day and had my technician drop me off at the Avalon Theater that night just in time in New Orleans to watch them Via Satellite as they performed in Toronto Canada because that’s the best I could do Then my technician picked me up and I went right back offshore the next day It is still in my memory even now And I think about how I’ve never seen them live and they are performing in Dallas Texas Mon 4-27-2020 @ the American Airlines Center and i found a platinum ticket package with 1 seat left in the 2nd row in the center for a Total of $724.58 and it makes me really want to use my credit card because like you say …..this could be my last chance to ever see them before they are gone for good Roger Daltrey is 76 years old and just postponed a gig due to a throat a throat infection that made him loose his voice Fortunately, I did get to see RUSH for their “TEST FOR ECHO” Tour December 6, 1996 in New Orleans at the UNO Lakefront Arena i brought my buddy and his wife with me THE WHO and RUSH have been 2 of my favorite bands growing up But yeah what you say about get out there and see them live before all I have is the albums and I’m stomping my feet saying to myself DAM I SHOULD HAVE GONE WHEN I HAD THE CHANCE I do have every RUSH album in High Resolution 133 gigs worth and it was a RUSH day all day yesterday
