Gail first shares how her experiences with America's healthcare system, while battling Cancer and domestic abuse, helped highlight for her where and how the system needed desperately to be changed and improved.

Moe and Gail also analyze how we can all be transformational in the move from fee-for-service to value based healthcare. This is in terms of what it is, why it matters, and what we can all do about it to serve patients and healthcare providers. The goal is to help steer the country towards better health and experience for entire populations at a lower more manageable cost.
