Evelyn Tubbs is the Owner of The Veteran’s Toolbox, a Veteran owned company.

Evelyn Tubbs, a California native, comes from South Florida and transitioned to San Antonio. With
roots on the West & East Coast she clearly understands cultural diversity and inclusion. Evelyn has
a passion for connecting people. She believes it’s how you invest your time. Having a purpose and
passion for what you do and getting up with the determination and motivation to make a difference.
She endeavours to inspire those around her and affirms that everyone has the talent, drive and
opportunity to do great work for themselves and our Military city. Highly visible in the community
with a mind of an entrepreneur. Recognized in the Who’s Who in the San Antonio Book; Featured
on the cover of the March issue of Re-Focused magazine; Received the Alamo City Chamber of
Commerce Executive Director’s Award. Received the “2016 Inspiring Woman of San Antonio” by
the San Antonio Spurs Sports and Entertainment, Stars WNBA, Received the Military Veteran
Housing Certification, Received National recognition of VAREP 2015 & 2016 Top Lunch and Learn
Events, Certified by Freddie Mac Credit Smart Military Financial Literacy. She launched a
Television show called The Veterans Toolbox, where she interviews non-profits that offer resources
to veterans.
She earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Fresno Pacific University. As a career
woman and entrepreneur, her businesses include; recruiting; training; marketing; commercial
litigation director; forensic accountant; commercial & residential real estate; additionally she is a
seasoned public speaker.
Evelyn is married to MSgt Michael Tubbs (Ret,). In her spare time she can be found riding her horses
on her ranch in Seguin, rescuing horses, taking photographs, reading historical fiction, listening to
music, and watching Football.
