It all depends on the cylinder wall thickness. I could have had over 390 with a 4” crank in that 318. No problem

I put a 1970 style Hurst pistol grip shifter in my ‘68 Charger. That was a badass shifter, I couldn’t pass up that upgrade

Had a Hurst shifter handle on my toploader 4 speed and when it was cold, that thing was cold and when it was hot damn that thing was hot
