Welcome to Day 1585 of our Wisdom-Trek, and thank you for joining me.This is Guthrie Chamberlain, Your Guide to WisdomThe Wonder of Life – Daily WisdomWelcome to Wisdom-Trek with Gramps! Wisdom is the final frontier in gaining true knowledge. Our mission is to create a legacy of wisdom, seek out discernment and insights, and boldly grow where few have chosen to grow before. Hello, my friend; this is Gramps. Thanks for coming along on our journey to increase Wisdom and Create a Living Legacy. Today is Day 1585 of our Trek, and it’s time for another snippet of wisdom, which includes an inspirational quote along with some wise words from Gramps for today’s trek. If you apply the words you hear today, over time, it will help you become healthy, wealthy, and wise as you continue your daily trek of life. So let’s jump right in with today’s nugget:
Today’s quote is from Dag Hammerskjold, and it is: We die on the day when our lives cease to be illuminated by the steady radiance renewed daily, of a wonder, the source of which is beyond reason.
The Wonder of Life
Life is so wonderful, a gift from God. Yet, many people seem to struggle with maintaining a grateful and positive attitude for each day. We fail to see the wonders that make up each day. From every breath we take and every beat of our heart. The birds that sing, the first flower of spring, the colorful leaves of fall, and the beauty of a single snowflake. Every sunrise and sunset and the brilliant flash of lightning in a summer storm. The wonder of life surrounds us every day. Yes, I understand that some days are challenging, but the fact that we are still breathing means that God continues to have a purpose that we need to fulfill. We need to understand the constant radiance and wonder of God’s love for us. His passion for us is the source of power within us that is beyond any human comprehension. We are created to be bearers of His image. God has given us a purpose to fulfill, which is to share His love with others and teach them to become disciples of Christ. Let us not minimize the work that God has given us to complete the source of which is beyond reason. It, too, is part of the wonder of life.

For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.
