Gratitude is a power that comes in and transforms a moment to something better. It's easy to feel good and be grateful for the positive things in our lives. The TRUE power lies in allowing ourselves to see the meaning in the moments of the experience rather than focusing on the hardships and losses. When we embrace the joy, love and appreciation of those who we have had the opportunity to meet and be with, we become stronger. Count the blessings, as few as they may sometimes be. Keep looking for the little things to be grateful for and if you keep working on it, you'll find they appear all around you.
