care about you, or have any type of loyalty towards you. For example, if your boss tells you that you have been doing extremely well at work, but then- 3 months later- tells you that they're moving in another direction. Even if they tell another employee the same thing (using slightly different words), there are going to be 2 employees "starting on square one" because their roles changed dramatically without warning. Anyways- We look into whether or not first impressions actually last with people. If they do last- then how exactly do they last. And finally- How can we set good first impressions with people?
