Nia has been very powerful in my own personal journey. I have healed many bad habits that I thought would never go away in just a few short months of continuing on the path with Nia. I count it as one of the most important pursuits of continued self growth and exploration. Nia, allows you to redefine what it means to be powerful. In the future I will expand on some of these ideas, but for now this video is specifically about the impact Nia has had on me and how that change is carried into all aspects of life.
