"This is the CDFA (California Dept. of Farm and Agriculture) our mission statement is to promote and safeguard agriculture in California while promoting trade from states and other countries all doing with (focus) on environmental stewardship my position is agricultural specialist division one, emphasis on bio control. And so what the CDFA has done is use bio control to help manage invasive insects in California, we have the largest port in the world, we have the sixth largest economy in the world. So, anything that affects our agricultural industry is really important to us."
