Several years ago, she was in the same place you are now. A divorcing parent with a million different thoughts swimming in my head. she just wanted to curl up in bed, pull the blankets over her head, and make everything disappear. Fortunately her background in education helped her to remember that she had 3 young humans who were depending on her to be the adult and make important decisions.

As a professional organizer, she instinctually began by making sure there was outer order in her home, and watched as that translated to inner order for herself and her children.
