Depression is real and exists and sometimes needs to be addressed with the help of a professional. With that being said a big factor in not feeling good enough derives from comparison. We compare ourselves to the perfect life if those superficial influencers and think our life is substandard. Instead of comparison let's look at what we can do to find happiness and improvement in our own lives.
The perfect person and the perfect life is a lie and it will never exist. Let's not buy into the lies and start seeking the truth, The only need to compare is to compare yourself to you yourself. How can you improve and get better. How can you find meaning in your life , specific to you!
