As we head into midlife we are often overwhelmed with ideas about health, aging, and fear of the future. Sarah shares how experiencing a sudden, life changing autoimmune disorder at 45 years old took her on a journey of healing, self-discovery and renewed purpose. She found herself coming face to face with ideas and limiting beliefs that were not supporting her or helping her live a life that reflected who she wanted to be. Through that experience she found the gift of self-discovery. Sarah began to listen to her own body, to create quality, supportive habits for her mental and physical health. She began to develop a strong relationship with herself, trusting herself and through that living with a renewed sense of purpose. One of the greatest tools she found was to look for ways to create little shifts every day, especially in awareness. Once she began to understand that thoughts create feelings, feelings drive actions and actions then form the life we live, she could make those intentional shifts.
