Emily and Aaron discussing ethical travel and Overland Adventure.
A nurse and a teacher by profession, insatiable travelers the rest of the time! Emily and Aaron write the “Two Dusty Travelers”. A blog about responsible and off the beaten path travel.

First discovered overlanding while living in East Africa, they ran into a couple with a Land Rover with a rooftop tent and immediately fell in love with the idea. They love getting away from the crowds to experience remote place for themselves, so overlanding has been a perfect getaway to have those unique experiences as overlanders.

Since their passion for overlanding was sparked, they’ve converted their Subaru Forester into an overland vehicle, recently spending three weeks traveling around National Parks in the western US (on top of getting out almost every weekend in their home base in the Pacific Northwest!). When Aaron and Emily travel internationally, they almost always rent a vehicle, overland camping to see the country. They’ve done this in Kenya, Mexico, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Aruba. They write their blog and maintain their social media accounts as a way to encourage people to bypass the resorts and immerse themselves in the country they've traveled to.

Big believers that you don't need all the time and money in the world in order to get out there and enjoy overlanding! Overland Travel can be a force for good, passionate about empowering you to explore in ways that help, not harm, the incredible world that we share!
