This week, our guests were Don Fries and Bev Bow, co-founders of Healthy World Sedona. We talked about their recent annual Healthy World Sedona Conference 2020.

Don and Bev join us to discuss the success of the conference, now in its fourth year. The conference addresses the science and practice of “food as medicine” – medicine that goes beyond managing chronic conditions to promote true healing. The conference is organized for medical professionals to help them learn more about incorporating healthy, plant-based eating to treat diseases such as diabetes and other top causes of death. Eight prominent medical professionals led the sessions, and we have an opportunity to get a glimpse into what happened there. #Portland
