Nichole Ossa, an Administrator for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and Organizational Development; Thanh Tran, Respect, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager; and Ken Sauby, Employee Engagement Program Manager -- all of them at Washington State Department of Social and Health Services -- were our guests on a recent Called to Coach.
