This week's guest is Trish Bennet, from Build Yourself Back Up, who uses her platform to speak on mental health, mindset, and her own experiences to help others in the place she once was. Trish takes us through her story from depression to finding her true self and drops some amazing wisdom along the way. We also talk about our childhoods and parents affects on us as well as how to teach failure to your kids. Trish highlights small steps to began changing negative thinking and taking control of how you talk to yourself. She also tells the amazing story of achieving her life long goal of learning to ride a motorcycle with all its hiccups and setbacks. Basically she is a total badass and Sam wants a bike now.
