Welcome to Episode 62, part 2 of our professional development discussion on making career moves. We thank you for joining us. In Episode 61 we focused on the 4 career paths or tangents. Two employment branches segmented by our knowledge, function, or a blend of the two. And we discussed freelance work and the world of entrepreneurship, doing it alone, with a partner, a team, with or without employees. So on and so forth.

Today on Episode 62, we're going to roll up our sleeves and pants legs, and get down to the nitty gritty. We're going to focus on skills and experience as tied to our professional development, and building the bridges and spring boards to catapult us to the next level of growth. In this episode we're going to dig deeper into ourselves so we can see what’s in there.

We're going to look at the ways YOU:
- Have placed yourself in a box
- Been inflexible
- Not diversified YOU in your portfolio
- Tossed some valuable tools and doodads from your toolbox
- Have been a "INIMJD" person
- Have attracted what you invest in the world
- Are the average of your 5 _________
- Have been operating from the wrong perspective
- Struggle with change, growth, and growing pains
- Keep comparing yourself
- Have had a warped relationship with money

And a whole lot more.

We're even sharing a few suggestions to get you going on the right path. So make sure you have a notebook and pen/pencil to take notes.

And of course, we're shouting out some businesses that we think you should support.
